BUSINESS ANALYST INTERN

Learn

Works side by side with the rest of the team, participating from the beginning in the day-to-day projects. Helps develop and execute materials of value to the client and get global visibility of the project development.

BUSINESS ANALYST

Learn and demonstrate basic skills

Actively participates in the day-to-day development of projects. Specifically, analyzes and correlates valuable information for problem solving and participates in the design and execution of documents. In addition, continuously learns and participates in projects assigned to them in the Strategic Plan. 

CONSULTANT

Lead analytical work and assume office tasks

Leads the analytical work of specific parts of the project, structuring their daily work to ensure that final products are delivered in a timely manner and proper format. Maintains a direct and ongoing relationship with the client and participates in various tasks related to the implementation and promotion of the Strategic Plan.

SENIOR CONSULTANT

Lead work teams, manage day-to-day client relationships and contribute to the development of each client. .

Leads one or more work teams for different client projects, fostering and leveraging the talent of their various members. Manages the day-to-day relationship with the client, understanding their needs, ensuring the quality of deliverables, and identifying opportunities for business development. Simultaneously, takes on internal office tasks and participate in the development of the Strategic Plan.

LEAD

Lead the client or line of business end to end and develop existing clients.

Manages an end-to-end project, a business line, or an area of expertise within the firm. Assumes initial management tasks, actively participating in committees and key areas of the Strategic Plan. In addition, coordinates teams with several consultants, promoting their development.

MANAGER / SENIOR MANAGER

Coordinate various projects, develop client relationships and open new business opportunities. 

Oversees the execution of various projects, ensuring their progress with the support of the work teams. Applies their knowledge of the sector and the client to exercise intellectual leadership that mobilizes all participants. Identifies and activates new business opportunities and contributes to the development of the firm’s value proposition. In addition, takes on internal tasks and leads key initiatives of the Strategic Plan. 

DIRECTOR

Develop the business in a sustained and profitable way. 

Assumes responsibility for client acquisition and development. Leads internal processes such as screening and assessment, internal training, team assignments, and marketing. Also actively contributes to the evolution of the value proposition and the definition and coordination of the firm’s Strategic Plan.

TRAINING SPECIALIST

Promote the learning and development of skills in clients. 

Responsible for delivering and facilitating training programs aimed at developing skills and knowledge in different customer groups. Contributes their industry and/or professional expertise through dynamic methodologies tailored to the needs of each organization. 

BUSINESS SPECIALIST (MÉXICO)

Execute analytical work with sectorial and local specialization. 

Leads the analytical work of specific parts of the project, structuring their daily work to ensure that final products are delivered in a timely manner and proper format. Maintains a direct and continuous relationship with the client, providing expertise in the Mexican market.

HYBRID WORKING POLICY (50% IN-OFFICE)

Hybrid work (50% in-person – 50% remote).
