SELECTION PROCESS 

At Neovantas, our selection process aims to identify people who the analytical and technical requirements and key personal skills for our business, such as business thinking, intercultural sensitivity, and interpersonal understanding.

Our selection process consists of the following STAGES:

  • INITIAL
    EVALUATION

  • Sending of application
    • Attach CV
    • Optionally include: cover letter, academic file, language certificates, and references.
    • We will carry out an initial evaluation of your application based on your academic results, professional experience, and international experience.

  • HR
    INTERVIEW

  • Individual Interview
    • So that we can meet each other, we will hold a personal interview to assess your qualifications, motivations, and interpersonal skills.
    • You will also be asked to perform a test to demonstrate your analytical skills.

  • GROUP
    EXERCISE

  • Technical and Skills Assessment
    • Team exercise in which we will assess your knowledge, your capabilities, and your cultural fit within the company.
    • Once you have finished the exercise, there will be a brief individual interview so that we can get to know you better and you can raise any questions or concerns of your own.

  • FINAL
    INTERVIEW

  • Assessment of the business-candidate fit
    • This final stage will consist of an individual interview with one of the firm´s partners. During this interview, they will share with you an overview of the business and corporate culture and assess your suitability for the role.
